Broccoli Raab

An Italian cooking green, Brocolli Raab (also know as Broccoli Rabe and Rapini), is not actually a type of broccoli. It is a mild mustard green with leaves that look a lot like turnip leaves. It’s great sauteed with minced garlic (or garlic scapes) and olive oil.
